Die Dämmerung ist fortgeschritten, die Fahrt ist schnell.

It was dark dawn, the ride was fast.

Über mir entdecke ich Fledermäuse so gross wie Hunde.

Im Gebüsch neben der Strasse schlängelt etwas.

Nicht einzelne, aber zehntausende Glühwürmchen lassen bestimmte Bäume heller glühen als die Sterne und der Mond.

Der Jeep kreuzt immer mehr Krokodilflüsse, er keucht immer schwierigere Strassen empor.

Above me, bats as big as dogs.

Beside me, something snake in the bushes.

The trees are glooming, ten thousands of fireflies are coming together.

The jeep crosses big crocodile rivers, and fight up the difficult roads.

Die Natur flitzt an mir vorbei.

Die Zeit steht still. 

The nature fly over.

The time stopps.

Welcome to PAPUA NEUGINEA (PNG)

Himmel und Hölle war das Land für mich.

Noch nie bekam ich solche bedinnungslos aufopfernde Hilfe in einer schwierigen Situation.

Noch nie war mein Leben so wenig wert, Gefahren so offensichtlich direkt unmittelbar.

Like heaven and hell was it in PNG.

I've never got such a unconditional, self-sacrificing help in the importand situation.

Never before was my live so worthless and danger apparent direct imminent. 

Ohne Flugzeug und zuerst ohne Schiffe war ich von Vanimo im Norden in den Süden unterwegs. Zwei Monate war ich am ''Auto-'' stoppen, was es zu stoppen gab. Auf Wegen unterwegs, welche kein Ausländer kennt und über Strassen, welche auf keiner Karte vermerkt sind.

Without planes and in the beginning without ships, I went from Vanimo in the north to the south coast. Two month I was hitchhiking whatever exist. I used ways, no foreigner knows and drove over streets, who shouldn't exist. 

Es gibt kaum ein Land mit mehr Urwald, mehr unberührter Natur, mehr unentdeckten Völkern und verblüffender Tierwelt, wie hier. Erst 1930 wurde der erste unerwartete Kontakt mit zwei Millionen Highlanders geknüpft. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg passierten Dinge, welche die Menschen nicht verstanden, und in den letzten 50 Jahren probieren die Leute den Anschluss an die Zukunft zu erreichen. 

Tausende Inseln, tausende Täler, 900 Sprachen.Was für ein Land!

Theres hardly any other country with more bush, more untouched nature, more uncontacted people and stunning wildlife then here. In 1930 the first contact was made unexpected with the two million people in the highlands. In the second worldwar things happened what people didn't understand and in the last 50 Years the country try to find the acces into the future.

Thousands of islands, thousands of valleys, 900 language. What a country!

Nachdem ich verblüfft war, wie die ganze Welt entwickelt ist, kam ich mir vor, wie im anderen Film. PNG ist eine andere Welt. Und die zwei Monate im Land bescherten mir einige der wichtigsten Erlebnisse meines Lebens.

After beeing shocked how developped the world is, I tropped into this country. PNG is another world and the two month in the country let me experience some of the most importand experience of my live.

Es gibt kaum Strassen, Läden und Internet. Deshalb ist der Blog erschreckend in Verzug. Ich will dies ändern, es braucht aber Zeit.
